Soft enamel pins are die struck, underfilled with enamel (full color) and then baked in an oven so the enamel can cure. Materials that can be used for soft enamel pins include Iron, Brass, Copper, Zinc Alloy, and the pins common size @1/2inch~5inches.
Soft enamel pins can choose colors according to Pantone color card, and different electroplating colors can be selected, such as nickel, silver, gold, brass, copper, rose gold, rainbow… (As shown in the picture)
About Packaging -Default Packaging
For small size and regular shaped products, factory default packing is 1pc/ poly bag + 50pcs/middle pocket + 200pcs/carton box.
For large size and irregular products, factory default packing way is 1pc/ air bubble pack +20pcs/ middle pocket + 120pcs/carton box.
